What a fantastic day even if we did get sodden towards the end!
The shoot was based at the stunning Knowsley Hall which provided a very elaborate and scenic backdrop.
Engineered by the fabulous Duane and Dawn of County Brides, who’s enthusiastic approach to all things bridal is wonderful to see and be a part of!
Amongst the amazing suppliers on the day was Matt & team of Red Floral Architecture, who really transformed the setting into a spectacular floral extravaganza which really took the shoot to another level.
The beautiful gowns were supplied by Carol of Fairytale Brides and these really influenced the hair and makeup style on the day- absolutely stunning gowns.
Photography was captured by the very talented Jeff Langhorne and the last shots were masterfully pieced together under a nasty black cloud!
The final shots will soon be finalised and I can’t wait to share the finished results!
And I am sure that they will provide inspiration for lots of weddings for years to come!
Again using Illamasqua pure pigmant in ore for the eyes, with a matte black smoked into the outer corners and a soft sparkly gold on the brow bone for added effect!
Loving Illamsqua pure pigments at the mo!
For the hair I GHD curled, section by section, then using a thin back-combing brush gently brushed the curls through and backcombed the hair tip to route to create a natural but dishevelled look!
Happy Christmas get your glitter on!! x
#Smokeyeye #Xmassmokes #metallicsmoke #Illamasquasmokeyeye Get onto the smokey eye for Christmas! I acheived these looks using a blend of gold/black/green and black/grey/gold!
For the top right eye, I used Illamsqua liquid metal:-’Solstice’ for the base and blended Illamasqua eye cream;- ‘Fervent’ into the eye socket and outer corners. I then took a kohl matte black shadow and worked this into the outer corners using a wide blending brush to create the smokey effect. I used Illamsqua eye cream:-’Slick’to blend above the black shadow and the skin beneath the brow. To finish I applied a dusting of Illamasqua- pure pigment:-’Ore’ into the mid section to add an extra oomph sparkle which completes the look!
For the bottom right eye I used the same method as above, however traded the finishing pure pigment ‘Ore’ for Nars glitter shadow;-’Tropic’ which is a aqua blue colour with silver glitter sparkle! Ideal for the festive season……why not try for yourself I will be happy to help with any queries that you may have x
These are a couple of shots from a fashion shoot I was involved in this summer, with a talented Manchester photographer - Chris Ball.
As well as studio shots, we ventured outside to get an industrial feel to the scene which produced a really cool look.
Get in touch if you would like information on professional/edgy personal shots with a professional hair and make-up service! x
